The apartment is great, well located, and everything is clean.

Great location close to the city centre, trams and buses. The apartment is spacious, bright, quiet, and well-equipped. We especially liked the large living room and the fact that the windows face both a peaceful street and a garden.
The main issue was communication before arrival. We received the address and check-in details only 1.5 hours before check-in, after contacting Booking.com. When travelling from another country, especially with a child, receiving this information in advance is very important and would make the arrival much less stressful. The frying pan could also be replaced, and a bedside lamp would be a useful addition.

The location was great, lovely area and quiet, but easy to walk to Royal Mile for the Fringe. Spacious living room and bedroom with high ceilings and white fresh decoration.
The smell. It was such an awful smell coming from the shower room. It made my sister and I fell quite sick. So then we wanted to spend as little time as possible in the living room. The pillow cases on the bed also had someone else's hair on....
