La terraza está muy bien, un piso moderno y bien ubicado, nos dejaron el aire encendido y cuando llegamos el piso estaba fresco, lo que se agradece bastante en agosto
El ascensor iba con llave y a veces nos costaba un poco abrirlo, por decir algo malo aunque realmente no es algo que 'no nos gustase' simplemente como comentario.

TODO ! La decoración cuidada al detalle. La limpieza. TODO REFORMADO. No le faltaba detalle ni utensilios de cocina y de baño ( incluyendo champú etc ) todo impoluto . Muy bien los ventiladores del techo y el aire acondicionado del salón llega a toda la casa . Muy amplio . Moderno y acogedor .
Por poner un pero ( insignificante) que el aire acondicionado gotea mucho y hay que estar vaciando un cubo costantemente y el que tienen pesa mucho . No son gotas, son chorros de agua . Está en la terraza, en ningún momento se derrama en la casa pero si puede molestar a los vecinos de abajo entonces y que la llave para subir al ascensor, falla mucho cuando la metes desde el portal ( no gira bien y nos hacía perder bastante tiempo cargadas ) ……. Pero lo demás …. TODO PERFECTO

Apartamento recién reformado. Todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Cocina bien equipada. Cuenta con un pequeño aseo sin ducha. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo. Terraza perfecta para cuatro personas.
El apartamento en general está muy bien. Quizás un poco engorroso el ascensor que necesita llave para utilizarlo aunque es un segundo y se sube y baja bien por las escaleras.
