The apartment has 3 bedrooms (all with separate beds: 4 that are 90 cm wide and 2 that are 80 cm wide in a trundle bed), a 120-cm sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, a full bathroom with a tub, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room opening onto a terrace with ocean views from the seventh floor (accessible by elevator).
This residential complex features a swimming pool and a playground. Ideal for families with children. Pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., open from June through September 30. Includes a parking space for one car.
The apartment includes beach chairs and umbrellas.
It is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board.
