Beautiful modern apartment located in Oliva Nova halfway between Valencia and Alicante. Attic of a 3-storey building. 3 bedrooms for 7 to 9 people. Mostly new furniture. Spacious. Air conditioning / heating, tv, large balcony with pool view, high speed Wi-fi. 100 meters from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Large swimming pool available.
Very close to the golf course and the equestrian center.
Price from 465.- Euros / week (depending on the season) including final cleaning, sheets and towels.

Un appartement très agréable, spatieux, bien équipé. La piscine est à notre grande surprise surveillée par un maître nageur. La plage à proximité (vraiment à 100m) est super et peu fréquentée. Super appartement où nous avons placé un super séjour.

La situación del apartamento, su equipamiento (cocina, toallas, ropa de cama, etc) completo. Los propietarios, atentos a solucionar cualquier pequeño problema. La piscina grande, limpia y tranquila. Lo mejor para nosotros la espaciosa terraza, que en desayunos, comidas y cenas nos permitía disfrutar del aire libre. La situación, a una calle de la playa, y con parking bajo el inmueble. Todo ello ha hecho que pasemos unos dias muy agradables. Si tenemos que reseñar algo no totalmente positivo es que se trata de una tercera planta sin ascensor, de manera que la escalera puede ser un problema para el equipaje y para personas con movilidad reducida o niños pequeños. El garaje por distancia y escaleras debe tenerse en cuenta para las mismas cuestiones. Salvo ese detalle, un apartamento y unos propietarios totalmente recomendables.

Apartamento muy bonito con todo lo necesario, tanto en utensilios de cocina como cualquier mobiliario necesario para una estancia muy cómoda, espacioso y muy bien distribuido!las camas son comodísimas en otros lugares pecan de lo contrario pero se nota que es todo de bastante calidad, los dueños son muy amables y detallistas. Recomendable 100%
