Standard apartment for short and long stays

I liked that we had 2 toilets.

The double bed was a bit inestable, every time my partner mover it felt like an earthquake. Some towels had holes on them, water kept falling out the smaller bath because the glass wasnt properly sealed and aircon is only in the living room - people should be aware of this! Last but not least, there was a hole in the living room wall. Not very nice to see!

Estancia con incidencias, pero resueltas.

Que el personal de marblau estaba en el edificio contiguo, con lo que todo era resuelto rápidamente. El tamaño del piso es adecuado para una familia de 4 personas. Los ascensores eran modernos y la apertura/cierre de la puerta del edificio.

Creo q falta mantención general, por ej tuvieron que cambiarnos la cama doble porque estaban rotas las patas (al menos no tuvimos que perder mucho tiempo en ello). No teníamos wifi.

Appartement tres bien situé et agréable.

L'emplacement est idéal car on est au Centre de Gandia et toutes les activités a proximité permettent de faire l'ensemble a pieds. A 5 min a pieds de la grande promenade et de la plage. Au pieds de l'immeuble il y a des restaurants. La piscine est propre et toujours fraîche, avec toilette extérieur et douche. C'était calme et agréable. L'accès a l'immeuble est libre a tout heure mais il y a des heures calmes a respecter et c'est tres bien.

Malgré que nous étions au 9eme étage, l'immeuble étant entouré d'immeuble il n'y avait pas d'air qui pouvait circuler ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas le choix d'utiliser la climatisation. Celle ci a d'ailleurs beaucoup de mal a circuler dans l'ensemble de l'appartement, il faut donc privilégier les pièces de repos et fermé les autres . Un ventilateur serait un plus pour économiser. Certains accessoires supplémentaire serait un avantage, comme un aspirateur ou un lave vaisselle. Mettre des patins sous les chaises afin d'éviter les grincements et d'embêter les voisins du dessous.

Esperábamos un apartamento bastante mejor de lo que nos encontramos

El trato del personal de oficina y de mantenimiento El aíre acondicionado muy potente y más que suficiente para toda la casa. Las habitaciones y aseos amplios.

Las almohadas eran viejas e incómodas. El sofá cama era tan dura que era imposible dormir en él. Había bichos en la cocina y tuvieron que poner trampas para cucharas y bichos. El apartamento con mobiliario muy antiguo.

El aire acondicionado podría estar en todas las habitaciones. El apartamento un poco anticuado aunque cumple con lo necesario. La piscina con pocas hamacas.

Trato distinto por venir de Booking.Me dijeron q si hubiera reservado directamente con ellos hubiera podido elegir vistas. Además colchones incomodisimos.se clavaba muelles y gracias ruido solo al sentarse. Taza váter rota Toallas limpias pero con restos .... ..q cambiaron enseguida eso si Hace 3 años estuvimos y vemos q no han mejorado aptos..se les nota dejadez en calidad camas y aseos

15 días en Marblau Peredamar

El alojamiento cómodo para pasar unos días en familia, un poco retirado de la playa. Tiene un Carrefour Market cerca del alojamiento y el mercadillo de los domingos al lado. Aire acondicionado muy importante en los días de que nos ha pillado y su toldo en una terraza grande y cómoda.

El menaje de la cocina un poco justo, en nuestro caso concreto el sofá cama para renovar y el baño de fuera el mueble en mal estado.

Muy mala insonorización del apartamento, calle muy ruidosa e imposible dormir. Apartamento muy básico, no te encuentras con lo típico que sí hay en otros como una bayeta o estropajo, aquí tan solo un sobre de gel en cada baño y un rollo de papel higiénico. Aire acondicionado solo en el salón, no en las habitaciones. Mala limpieza

Para renovar o reformar.

La ubicación es perfecta. Si no eres muy exigente, puedes estar bien.

El alojamiento es bastante humilde y un poco anticuado. Los colchones y almohadas muy antiguos y de calidad media-baja. Los textiles de las camas necesitan ser renovados, las colchas están muy deterioradas (aunque limpias) El calentador y la plancha de la ropa perdían agua. El calentador funcionaba igualmente y nos proporcionaron una plancha nueva. La limpieza de los suelos es insuficiente, se necesitaría de aspiradoras para ir retirando la arena de los anteriores clientes.

Nos ha gustado que estaba muy limpio , es amplio para 4 personas y la terraza es grande, esta cerca de la playa aunque con niños se hace un poco largo

Los colchones tienen mucho tiempo y son incomodos, el sofa cama es muy incomodo, la terraza es peligrosa para niños y la piscina no es muy practica, hay poco menaje en la cocina

En general el apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio, cómodo y cerca de la playa. El aire acondicionado va bien.La estancia fue muy agradable. Reservamos parking en el establecimiento, aunque cobran por él, pero te desentiendes de andar buscando donde aparcar

La ubicación. Muy cerca de todo pero tambien muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones estaban genial, y con el aire en el salón se estaba fresco en toda la casa

El horario de check in (a las 17h) y el de out (10h). Si echas cuentas casi te quitan un día entero… Alguna cosa para limpiar tipo estropajo no hubiera estado mal

Lo único que me gustó es que el apartamento es espacioso y que hay ascensor.

Todo, fue una estancia incomodísima. Hacía frío, los colchones eran de muelles viejos e incómodos, había humedad en las habitaciones y nos hicimos las camas nosotros sin sábanas bajeras. No había productos de limpieza (ni siquiera jabón de platos o estropajo), el menaje de la cocina era super escaso, el apartamento era viejo, descuidado, la limpieza no era terrible pero sí mejorable. No había suficiente papel higiénico, ni jabón (éramos 3 y nos dejaron 2 pastillitas enanas). La vista era horrible, un primer piso con vistas a una piscina cutre, con 0 intimidad. Encima al llegar nos pidieron 100 euros de fianza que según ellos aparecían en la reserva (esto no lo comprobé, seguramente era verdad) y al marcharnos nos dijeron que podíamos devolver las llaves hasta una cierta hora, nos perdimos actividades que ya teníamos pagadas para poder volver a antes de dicha hora y... ¡Sorpresa!: ya habían cerrado. Finalmente nos devolvieron la fianza 2 días después por transferencia.
