As its in the basement, you do have loud neighbours above, we couldnt fall asleep until they had gone to sleep and then they awake you at 7. the apartment was generally clean but did find lube under the bedside cabinet.. Opened a cupboard to investigate a noise that kept happening found cigarette butt's had been thrown in there which stored electrical components! Hot tub was not hot on arrival and not very enjoyable in its location.
