The Eaves - Pen Y Fan Views

It was beautifully decorated and although it was small, the space was utilised perfectly and for 2 people, had everything you could need. Superbly clean, and excellent location with a view of the mountains from the bedroom window.

Due to the heat, the bedroom being in the attic meant it was very hot up there and we couldn’t find a fan or anything to cool down. We managed but maybe worth supplying a fan in the warmer months !

Absolutely beautiful property in a fantastic location. You can really tell that so much love and thought has gone into creating the space. The style, décor and layout are gorgeous, with an incredibly warm and inviting feel throughout. The exposed beams and character of the property make it feel really special, and upstairs has been designed beautifully. The attention to detail was exceptional. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with appliances and all the little extras you could possibly need, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the property that made our stay so comfortable. The bedroom was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole place had such a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. It was genuinely a pleasure to stay here and felt like a real home away from home.

The only small thing we would suggest would be curtains or blackout blinds in the bedroom, as it became very bright quite early in the morning. It certainly wouldn’t stop us staying again though — we would simply bring an eye mask next time!

The location

The entrance was very unwelcoming, the entrance stair carpet very dirty, smelly & stained, access instructions poor, Wi-Fi password didn’t work, communication non existent, Door didn’t feel secure 2 chairs put together as a sofa, uncomfortable, dusty throughout especially the flooring, rugs dirty, stair carpet dirty & not hoovered, cobwebs & dirty windows, no running hot water in kitchen or bathroom, no microwave, coffee machine no pods, worktop at side of hob damaged, only 2 towels, no hand or towel for getting out of shower, no dishcloth or tea towel. Layout needs reorganising to access the dining table. No welcome pack
