Parking:
For parking two spots are assigned and labeled by the unit #10B, located on the left side of the building in the gravel parking lot.
If you’ll need more than 2, Carolina Beach offers a paid parking lot right across the street. Parking passes are in the condo after check-in; upon check-out the parking passes must be returned to the condo or charges will apply.
Pets:
Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Backyard is fully fenced but one fence is about 3ft tall.

This unit is exactly as described and located in a peaceful, quiet spot near the end of the paved road and close to the dog-friendly beach.Check-in was easy with a door code sent before we arrived, and parking was a breeze with two dedicated spots on a gravel area to the left of the building.The uncrowded beach is absolutely beautiful, and having access to a pool at this unit was great. The pool area was very clean and complete with loungers—it felt like our own private oasis.Inside, the home features two extremely comfortable king beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Both front and back patios are perfect for relaxing, and when we had an A/C issue, the host was incredibly responsive.We also highly recommend eating at "Stoked," a restaurant at the other end of the street, which was very good!A few helpful notes for future guests:Master Bedroom: Features a closet, a chest of drawers, a TV, and a very small but functional ensuite.Sofa Bed: The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable for older teens or adults (best suited for young children).Furniture: The bedside tables are tiny and only fit a phone and a water bottle. The two rattan/wicker chairs in the living room are quite stiff, though adding extra pillows and blankets makes them more cozy.Overall, we highly recommend this rental!
