Renovated 3BR/2BA house with luxury decorated items including new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Direct beach access is one block away. Listen to the ocean and enjoy the marsh/ICW views. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new Sterns & Fosters mattresses ensuring the most restful sleep ever. Main bedroom has renovated bathroom for 2024 with steam shower. Each bedroom has a 32' flatscreen TV with access to Netflix and Chromecast. Living area has flat screen TV and stunning views of the marsh/ICW. New fridge for 2024. We had the best time this past week. The house was just perfect for our family. Plenty of room but also felt very cozy. Loved the decor and the beautiful mornings by the water. Just steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice enjoyable few days. Everything seemed clean and ready for us. Nice grass area if you need to take dogs out early in the morning or late at night. Very convenient if you plan to drive out on the beach. We plan to come back.

Stay at this property was great. Hosts made themselves available to answer questions and the house was very well stocked. Great amenities and even a note wishing us a Merry Christmas with some wine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The house was clean and well appointed. The owners included several nice touches such as board games for bad weather days! The house was much bigger than needed for the two of us but would be great for a family or small group of friends.The house backs up to a marsh which provided a nice atmosphere for relaxing on the back deck. We got a chance to see a lot of wildlife during our stay including marsh crabs and a fox on our last day. This view made the house feel more secluded than it was, definitely a plus.Overall a good visit and I'd be happy to stay again!
