New to the market and just renovated! Coastal Comfort at Spinnaker Point – Your Perfect Carolina Beach Getaway
Welcome to Caribbean LYMM Cottage, your ideal retreat in the private, gated community of Spinnaker Point, where coastal living meets comfort and convenience. This beautifully renovated first‑floor condo is located on the peaceful, family‑friendly north end of Carolina Beach—the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape.
Just steps away, you’ll find the private walkway to the beach at Freedom Park, a beautiful stroll across the marsh that leads you straight to the sand. (About 8-10 minute private walk over marsh) You can even drive out onto the beach at Freedom Park, which is very close to the condo and ideal for adventure seekers.
A convenient accessibility ramp makes entering the condo smooth and welcoming for guests of all mobility levels.

Residents enjoy a variety of amenities, including a sparkling pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling areas.
Boaters will love the location—bring your own boat and launch right across the basin at the town ramp, rent a slip at the Carolina Beach Yacht Club (walking distance), or explore the coastline by renting a boat or booking a sailing or fishing charter. The BARge is located directly behind the condo at the Carolina Beach Yacht Club. It is a great spot to get a refreshing cocktail and watch the boats pass by, catch a sunset, or listen to some live music.

Damage Protection: You can choose between damage protection insurance for $59 that will provide up to $1500 for damages to the property or you can pay a refundable rate that is fully refundable in the event that there are no damages to the property. We had a great stay with our 5 kids. Clean and well laid out so we didn’t feel cramped. The boardwalk stroll to the beach was beautiful and distance was not bad. It was great not to have to worry about beach parking. We also utilized the sound side beach one day for a change of pace. We were able to fish and paddle board there and we found buckets of hermit crabs. Pro Tip: The Barge looks like it is part of the private yacht club behind the property, however, we asked were told it is open to the public. We walked over for quick drink and live music on the water while the kids napped (older kids holding down the fort). The also utilized the community pool, hot tub, and grill. None of them are fancy but they were nice to have close by. Note: We tried to drive on the beach, which is allowed close to the property, however we were told only 4 wheel drive vehicles that say 4x4 on the back are allowed. Our AWD was turned away. Great property overall!

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Carolina Beach with our friends and kids. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Our children had a wonderful time and loved being so close to the beach. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views were incredible. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with quality cookware, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals easily during our stay. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for the perfect beach getaway!
