First time visiting Carolina Beach and this place was great for my family. A block from the beach, plenty of room for the 5 of us including a 3 year old and my mother who is 70. The steps weren’t bad for her. Only slight annoyance and it’s not the owners fault was there were people above us and we could hear them walking. But again that’s not the owners faults. Will def pick this place again for next family vacation.

We were able to have family and friends here at the beach. Accommodations were excellent,clean and comfortable. The beach was only a block away and the condo had all the beach stuff, skim boards, surfboards, boogie boards and chairs. Bob and Patty are the best hosts.

If the property was actually the price that was listed at first on the website it would be just fine but with all of the fees that they added on at the end it was almost twice as much and it was quite a bit more than just a couple steps to the shore it was about a 5 or 6 minute walk to the beach and I have bad knees so that was not fun and the view was of the Marina not of the ocean
