Enjoy true oceanfront living in this beautifully decorated condo, featuring comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests — perfect for families or small groups who prefer their own space.
Located just a short walk from the heart of the action, you’ll be minutes from the restaurants, shops, and activities along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, while still enjoying the privacy and relaxation of a beachfront setting.
Outdoor Living
Relax on the private oceanfront deck, furnished with durable Polywood seating — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or a glass of wine while listening to the waves.
Plenty of beach chairs are available for your use. The condo includes about four nice chairs labeled 1A, with additional chairs stored in the closet just inside the building’s entrance.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and living areas. The condo is located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up — there is no elevator, but the elevated position ensures excellent ocean views while keeping access convenient.

Second bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed with twin pullout trundle
Fully equipped kitchen (renovated in Nov/2025) with all supplies you’ll need for your stay, including pots, pans, utensils, and dishware

Smart TV with Sling Orange & Blue (includes many popular cable networks)
Wireless high-speed internet
Full-size washer and dryer in the unit

Pet-Friendly Policy
We welcome up to two pets:
$100 fee for one pet
$150 fee for two pets
For short stays or hypoallergenic breeds, fee adjustments may be considered upon request. Please inquire prior to booking.
Linens
Linens (sheets and towels) are available for $60 per stay.
If you prefer to bring your own, simply let me know after booking and a $60 credit will be applied to your reservation.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again. The beach access was incredibly convenient, making it easy to enjoy the ocean throughout the day without any hassle. The home was also very dog friendly, which made traveling with our pup stress-free and enjoyable.Inside, the space was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. It had everything we needed to relax after spending time at the beach, and it truly felt like a home away from home.If you're looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly place with easy beach access, I highly recommend this property. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The stay wasn’t terrible. But for the price, I expected much more from this rental. I liked the check in and check out process. It’s contactless. You get your code and can check in at your convenience. Check out is the same as long as you stay within your window. When we got to this rental, the ceiling to our parking spot was falling apart so we didn’t feel like we could park underneath the covered area in fear our vehicle would get damaged. After parking, we went to go get settled. The common area where you access all the different condos smelled terrible. There are airfresheners all throughout but it still smells awful. We got to our room and check in was easy. We were able to access our unit with no issue. Got in and the unit smelled… the longer we were there, the worse it smelled. The water was very stale. After showering, you don’t feel clean due to smelling like the water. The washer in the unit is covered in black mold and I’m sure that’s the same washer they use to wash the customer sheets… so know that’s what you’re sleeping on. Throughout our stay, the view from the balcony was nice. The beach access point was also convenient and nice as well. We didn’t use the WiFi but that was also a plus for being able to use Netflix and stuff on the tv. It’s not incredibly private. It’s more of an apartment setting. You can hear everyone above and beside you. The stay wasn’t terrible. I just wish it would’ve been cleaner for the price you pay… I expected better.
