There are 47 steps up to the condo located on the 3rd Floor.
-Entry through front doors. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.

Parking:
For parking two spots are assigned and labeled by the unit #10B, located on the left side of the building in the gravel parking lot.
If you’ll need more than 2, Carolina Beach offers a paid parking lot right across the street. Parking passes are in the condo after check-in; upon check-out the parking passes must be returned to the condo or charges will apply.
Pets:
Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Backyard is fully fenced but one fence is about 3ft tall.
