This Sunny South orientated airy duplex on a small complex in Mojácar Playa, just a 5 minute walk to the beach is perfect to have a relaxing holiday near the sea.
Entering the duplex into a very sunny lounge. It has a 3-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa, smart TV with UK and Spanish channels and Wifi.
There is a convenient ground floor double bedroom with double wardrobe, full length mirror and air conditioning. On this level there is a renovated walk-in shower room.

The property is also next to club marina golf Mojacar.
The stairs lead us up to the double bedroom with balcony complete with table and chairs, there is also a twin bedroom with build in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a renovated and bright family bathroom with shower over the bathtub for those who prefer a soak.
Steps lead up to the large private roof terrace which has the advantage of sea, mountain and Mojácar Village views.
The wrap around terraced garden is very private because of the “siempre verde” hedge. You can either lay in the sun or have a lovely BBQ meal.
