This spacious penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace with great sea views. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Mojacar Playa, just a moment’s walk from bars, restaurants and golden sandy beaches. This modern and stylish apartment is air conditioned throughout.
The apartment is situated on an attractive and quiet beachside complex with a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a well kept garden and lawned area.
This penthouse apartment is located on the 2nd floor which can be accessed either via steps or by a lift. The apartment consists of a large open plan lounge / dining area. The lounge is very spacious with a large “L” shaped sofa looking out on to the terrace and out to sea. The lounge is equipped with a large SMART TV complete with British and international channels. A quadruple set of patio doors take you from the lounge out on to the private and spacious sea facing terrace. It’s an ideal spot for al fresco dining and for soaking up the rays!
The dining area is again light and spacious with a large table for 6.
The separate kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven and hob, fridge freezer etc. There is also the added luxury of a water filtration tap, so no need to buy heavy bottles of water!
The sleeping accommodation consists of a large master bedroom with a king size bed and which enjoys the luxury of an en suite bathroom. There is also a patio door with a small balcony and a lovely view of the old village of Mojacar. The second bedroom is a double and the third bedroom a spacious twin. There is also a family shower room and WC.
There are an abundance of supermarkets, shops and restaurant bars all within easy walking distance as is the fantastic sandy beach.
