Two-storey villa with private swimming pool for 6 people located in quiet residential area in Mojacar Playa a few minutes walk to the beach, commercial centre and all amenities.
The top floor has 2 bedroom and a full family bathroom.
There is another bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom and a Cloakroom.
Fully equipped separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toater and all other kitchenware and utensils. Separate laundry room with washing machine, extra freezer and tumble drier.
Lounge with fireplace and dining area with patio doors leading out to pool and patio area.
Bedroom 1 ( downstairs) has a double bed ( 1.35m) built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 & 3 are upstairs.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.50m) built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit.

Nearest beaches are Playa del Cantal and Playa Piedra de Villazar, near the Commercial Centre and the main roundabout.
Approximately 300 metres to the front where you will find a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities.

the villa was spotlessly clean and in easy walking distance of the beach, and a local supermarket. A good selection of restaurants and bars are also in walking distance. The villa had everything we needed and rooms were a good size with airconditioning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and the check in process was easy We hired a car to explore what is a stunningly beautiful area. The pueblo and fountain are a must to visit. Thank you we had a great time.
