The location is fantastic.. near the bus stop, near the restaurants & shops, pleasant walk down to the beach. Very well equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet apartment.. no noise from neighbours. Gorgeous terrace and view. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure.
Could have been cleaner. The decoration and furniture is a bit dated and needs a lick of paint. The shower has a tendency to go cold for a few seconds now and again. The steps down to the apartment may be problematic for some. Not easy when carrying shopping bags/luggage.

Clean property with very large balcony which has great sea views. Well equipped apartment. Easy to collect keys. Parking nearby.
There are steep steps down to the apartment which could be daunting for some, but are par for the course for Mojacar. The wooden entry doors require a good shove to open & close.
