About this villa rental
Charming house and garden located on Mojácar Beach (Almería), with direct access to an almost private beach. Very close to the Parador de Turismo, the Shopping Center and only two km from the town of Mojácar. It is about the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata (Biosphere Reserve). Villa of local architectural design and two terraces with panoramic views at the edge of the sea and the town of Mojácar. It also has a large garden with trees and grass. The interior of the house is composed of a very large living room, kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room. For larger family groups there is the possibility of renting two apartments 100 meters from the house belonging to the same family and with capacity for 4 and 5 more people. The living room is connected to the porch by two large windows with spectacular views that are very useful, given the local weather. Good furnishing of furniture and garden furniture. The environment is attractive for independent, quiet and sporting holidays (water sports, 5 golf courses, hiking, horse riding, etc.). Varied catering and nightlife offers. 7 days minimum

This house was excellent for our stay in Mojacar. The nearby shops and bars are excellent but you will spend most of your time in the garden admiring the view of the Mediterranean. We particularly enjoyed snorkelling from the back of the house looking at the fish swimming around the rocks.
The house has everything that you need and Luisa and Antonio we’re really helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be back.

Everything was as perfect as perfect can be. The location is central with great access to restaurants and grocery stores. The view is beyond words. You are living virtually right on the Mediterranean. The house is roomy and comfortable. Easy access to cycling and walks to the Village or along the coast. To top it off the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing lots of information regarding local sightseeing, restaurants and excursions! A must place to stay.

The house and location were even more incredible than we'd hoped for; so much so it was hard to leave and we'll definitely book again in the future.
Hearing the waves crash on an almost private stretch of beach with views of gthe sea from almost every window was a dream.
Its truly a million dollar view.
Plenty of space, indoors and out. Tons of places to eat and drink within walking distance along with lots of other beaches too. Supermarket close by as well. We had a car and explored the coastline and into the mountains. The pueblo is well worth a visit.
Onlt thing I would flag, especially for a family with kids, is that getting into sea from the beach outside is a little tricky but plenty of other beaches nearby.
Thank you for such a memorable trip; somewhere we'll never forget.
