Noosa is a contemporary villa of 145 m², inspired by the spirit of Australian Queensland — nature, light, and this indoor-outdoor art of living.
You will enjoy a 100 m² terrace facing south-east, bioclimatic pergola, saltwater swimming pool. Two bedrooms in a 160 bed accompanied by two children's bedrooms.
The village is within walking distance. Cycle paths from the house to the beaches.
The house:
Bright single-storey villa, large bay windows. Living room opening onto the terrace, table for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen — oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, food processor (M.Kitchen), washing machine. Air conditioning on the night side and on the living room side. Fiber optics.
