The slogan of Seignosse perfectly illustrates the spirit of this magnificent south-west facing villa located not far from the small town of Seignosse in a wooded residential area close to the forest, between golf and ocean 6 km away. The villa offers for 8 people, perfect comfort and quality equipment. It is embellished with a large terrace with heated salt water swimming pool on an enclosed and quiet landscaped garden! Private parking space. Reversible air conditioning. Wifi.
The accommodation
The villa "Les Hirondelles", is a completely new house (spring 2023), located very quiet, very bright and decorated with care. With a surface area of approximately 120 m2 on a plot of approximately 650 m2, it is on two levels and benefits from three wooden terraces, two of which are upstairs. It has two private parking spaces and there are several free parking spaces on the street. A large wooden terrace borders the heated salt water swimming pool around which are arranged, 4 deckchairs and 2 large armchairs.
The pool measures 6 x 3. It is 1.5 m deep throughout and has a beach. It is secured by an electric shutter.
The swimming pool is open and heated from April to October (weather conditions permitting).
On the covered outdoor terrace, you will find a dining table for 8 and a gas plancha.
The interior of this contemporary villa is totally new. It is bright, spacious and carefully decorated and composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- Large living room, dining room for 8, living room (two sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV).
Wood stove available for the winter season.
- Fully equipped American kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle) and adjoining laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with double bed 160x 200, bedside tables and lamps, cupboard, window. The master suite therefore benefits from a private bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, mirror, towel rail.

All the bedding is new and comfortable.

All the accommodations are dedicated to guests except for a closed cupboard in the garage.
