About this house rental
"Green side-sea side"! The slogan of Seignosse is really validated for this luxury contemporary villa located 1.2 km from the small village of Seignosse in a wooded residential area, 50 m from the forest, between golf and ocean 6 km away. The villa offers for 7 people, perfect comfort and quality equipment. It is embellished with a large covered terrace with salt pool on an enclosed garden, without any vis-à-vis and quiet!
The villa with an area of 120 m2, is built on two floors and has two private parking spaces in front of the house. Several free parking spaces border the villa.
On the covered outdoor terrace you will find a table, garden furniture, sofas, a bar area and electric plancha.
This modern, totally renovated, bright, spacious and carefully decorated house is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- Large living room, dining room, living room, flat screen TV, wood stove.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer.
- 1 bedroom Queen size bed 160x 190 with window, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.
- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, vanity units, mirror, hairdryer and towel rail.
- 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, window, bedside tables.
- bedroom with 1 double bed "Queen size" 160 x 190 with windows, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. This bed 160 can be separated into two beds 80 x 190.
- bedroom with single bed 90 (room to add baby cot).
- bathroom with shower, vanity unit, towel rail, hairdryer, toilet.
The living room opens onto a large wooden terrace with the swimming pool. Awnings for outdoor dining. Under the pergola you will find garden furniture, sun loungers, a garden table.
The ideal place for the evening plancha! We also provide a parasol, bodyboards, a wooden skimboard and an inflatable mattress for the pool! The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
All spaces are accessible to travelers except the upstairs closet.

Throughout your stay, you will be put in touch with a company specialising in welcoming holidaymakers.
A swimming pool specialist will come every week to ensure the maintenance of the pool.

We stayed two weeks with kids and had everything we needed, with a pool, very well equipped kitchen, a grill plate, etc.. The terrace and the whole outsidearea are amazing and you could enjoy even the sunsets. The bedrooms are not so large but fine. The Location is calm and its only 15 min to the beaches. As the house is build very light and not out of stone or bricks, it could get pretty warm upstairs in Summer, but there‘s aircon in every bedroom.
