Spacious, comfortable vacation apartment with two loggias facing the lake!
Comfortable 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 65 sqm on the 2nd floor facing the lake, with 2 west-facing loggias (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the spacious entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room, the bedroom, a small storage room, and the nearly new shower room/toilet.
The living area features a comfortable seating set (a two-seater sleeper sofa, 1.60 x 1.90 m, and two armchairs), a dining area (right next to the large west-facing window with a view of the dunes), satellite TV, a hi-fi system, Wi-Fi, and access to the west-facing loggia.
The living room also leads to the nearly new kitchen with a window.
The kitchen features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment. The spacious bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, comfort height 23 cm), a spacious closet, and provides access to another loggia. The nearly new, brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, a sink, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
