The living/dining room features an attractive leather sofa set (couch + 1 spacious armchair) as well as an open-concept kitchen equipped with high-quality Miele built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a separate dining area. Amenities include a flat-screen cable TV and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The kitchen’s basic amenities include a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From the entryway with a coat closet—which flows seamlessly into the living/dining room—you have access to the spacious and modern bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, sink, towel warmer, toilet, and window. The apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed (good-quality single mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m) with a walk-in closet, as well as a small bedroom with a fixed single bed (measuring 0.80 x 1.90 m) and a single loft bed. The small bedroom is accessed through the double bedroom (it’s a walk-through room).
The sunny west-facing balcony (with balcony furniture and cushions, WPC wood decking) invites you to linger. Here, you can enjoy the sun from noon into the evening hours and a small (limited) view of the sea.
Special emphasis was placed on high-quality materials in the interior design: the floor is covered with solid brushed larch parquet, and the furniture consists largely of custom-made, high-quality built-in cabinetry
An outdoor parking space can be booked for an additional fee (limited availability!).
