The front door opens into the living room with an open kitchenette and the new guest restroom.
The living area (with access to the loggia) features a seating area with a comfortable leather sofa and two leather armchairs, a dining area with a counter separated from the kitchenette, a retractable flat-screen cable TV,
radio The new, modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
