This comfortably furnished, 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment with approximately 48 m² of living space is located on the mezzanine level (equivalent to the 1st floor) and faces west. It offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed (approx. 170 × 200 cm), a dining area, and a flat-screen cable TV. In addition, a telephone with unlimited calls to German landlines and Wi-Fi are available. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the living space.
A special highlight is the spacious west-facing balcony, which invites you to relax in the afternoon sun. A sauna for shared use is available in the vacation home.
Haus Birgit features an elevator, which is accessible via two steps leading down. Free Wi-Fi is available in the building (subject to availability).
