Great vacation spot. We enjoyed biking around the quiet neighborhood counting all the bunnies along the way. The beach area was beautiful at sunset. The teens enjoyed the basketball court in the morning. The living room couch was super comfortable as were the beds. The outdoor shower was excellent. Close to beaches, downtown shops, restaurants, ice cream at Smitty’s. I don’t recommend competitive kickball games on the last day of vacation as we ended up at urgent care and then the Falmouth Hospital ER but both were close by which was good!

The house was immaculate and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The community is walkable with a small private beach, ten minutes from public beaches, shopping and the village of Falmouth. Can't say enough about the positive feel of the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is perfect for young children. The yard is a great size for young adult games such as corn hole or just hanging out. The location is perfect for Falmouth or upper or Lowe Cape activities.

We had the best weekend ever at this house! My first impression was that it was super cute and well-maintained. My second impression was that it was impeccably clean.
My kids were in heaven - the house was walking distance from a playground and just minutes from the beach!
The owners thought of everything - comfortable beds with great bedding, excellent water pressure, room-darkening shades, and a brand-new grill.
Very little needed to be done for check-out which made things super easy, too.
We absolutely loved our weekend here and can't wait to return!
