Mashpee Commons and Woods Hole are also a few minutes away by car. When you're ready to hit the sun, sand, and surf, find gorgeous Menauhant Beach less than 2 miles from your front door. This classic Cape has a large wooded lawn and a warm traditional feel inside. Pretty area rugs and cozy furniture invite you into every room. A large white sectional sofa makes the living room ideal for gathering over hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and the dining area beyond seats guests below a charming chandelier. The house was well appointed. Comfortable, but dated. Bird feeders were a nice touch. Lots of action. Only complaint was dealing with Vacasa.Non responsive to questions regarding check in and out and amenities. Had to leave a day early, but were not able to communicate that with them.Will look for rental directly by owner in the future.

Home is clean, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close (by car) to several beaches and many places of interest and fun for tourists, and a pleasure to stay in.

Very nice home, roomy and clean, convenient location. Pretty much all you need from a vacation rental place. Nice layout, cozy living room, and a large outside table for having fresh air meals. Provided beach chairs are also very thoughtful, convenient, and useful.
