June & September is a well-hidden secret on the Cape. Great for a weekend, family functions, weddings, and other events. A quick drive to fun-filled Mashpee Commons or to the quaint Village of Falmouth, for some unique shopping adventures and great restaurants. Beautiful during the Fall months.

This house is immaculate with a brand new fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (each with 1 queen size bed) and 1 full bath. On the second floor, there are 2 large bedrooms (the first with 1 queen size bed and 2 twin size beds and the second with 1 queen size bed) and second-floor full bath.
Large well groomed backyard with deck, outdoor furniture and Weber grill.

Fantastic Property. Very clean. Had everything we needed for a proper beach vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, and the house felt large and cozy.We cooked dinner several nights, and had all the tools we needed.

Jad’s home was the ideal retreat for our family vacation. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living spaces—making our stay effortless and relaxing.The location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from the beach, downtown, and great restaurants. Jad truly thought of everything to make our week easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
