Renovated 3 bed (2 queen, 2 twin & sleeper sofa) 2 bath ranch in great neighborhood with association picnic area and inlet. Entertainment sized deck with gas grill, hammock for relaxing and gazebo for photo ops! the kitchen is fully stocked and appliances are new. Cozy living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Walk to library, playground, and stores. Bring your kayak and then rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. Make your Cape memories! Beat the weekend Cape traffic with this Friday to Friday rental on season. THIS IS A WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY OR MONTHLY RENTAL FROM THE SECOND WEEK OF JUNE UNTIL THE SECOND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. :) THANK YOU

We loved our 1-month stay in this wonderful home in a quaint and peaceful East Falmouth neighborhood. It's so evident that the homeowner has devoted great love and care in selecting "beachy" decor for the house and ensuring that visitors have everything they could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. The massive pond just off the backyard is equally beautiful and serene and the deck is a great place to have that morning coffee or just kick back and enjoy the surroundings. We also loved the many great restaurants, shopping, beaches and other attractions located nearby. We highly recommend this home to others looking for a great home away from home.

Beautiful house with lovely Cape Cod decor, very clean with comfy beds. Great yard & back deck, very quiet neighborhood, all convenient to town. A lovely stay, highly recommended!

Good location, convenient to restaurants, shopping and beach. The only downside was the location of the washer and dryer.
