About this bed and breakfast
Concerts at San Siro Stadium, Ippodromo La Maura, and Ippodromo San Siro, as well as fairs and conferences. Cate Place is an authentic, peaceful home in Milan with a resident host, well connected by metro. You’ll have exclusive use—no other guests will be staying in the house. Close to CityLife, Fiera Milano, and Rho Fiera. Perfect for independent travelers who value privacy, security, and attentive hospitality. Private garage in the building for 1 car, available on request (limited availability, for an extra fee).
Note: Renovation work is underway in the adjacent apartment (Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00, Saturday 8:00–12:00). Work is expected to finish by December 15, 2026. If you plan to explore the city during the day, this should not cause any inconvenience for you.
The space
A cozy, intimate solution in an authentic Milan home, ideal for those seeking a quiet, well-kept environment. Although located in the city and in a very well-connected area, the house offers a relaxed, quiet atmosphere, different from Milan’s usual fast pace.
Exclusive use: no other guests will be staying in the house. If needed, a second guest can have a second bedroom with a shared bathroom. The home is shared only with the owner and resident host.
The rooms
Both rooms have personal locks.
Room 1: Private area, single bed convertible to a large bed (180 cm), private en-suite bathroom renovated in 2025 with spacious shower (70x120 cm).
Room 2: Bright room with 140 cm sofa bed and a second bathroom for non-exclusive use.
Ideal for: solo travelers, two friends or colleagues, guests who prefer separate rooms.
House rules
– No alcohol in the apartment.
– Non-smoking in all indoor spaces.
– No food or beverages in the bedrooms.
