Cate Place is an authentic and peaceful home in Milan with a resident host, well connected by metro. You’ll have exclusive use—no other guests will be staying in the house. Close to CityLife, Fiera Milano, and Rho Fiera. Perfect for independent travelers who value privacy, security, and attentive hospitality. Private garage in the building for one car, available on request at booking (limited availability, service available for an extra fee).

An intimate, welcoming solution in a genuine Milanese home—ideal for those seeking a calm, well-kept environment. Though in the city and very well connected, the house offers a relaxed, quiet atmosphere, different from Milan’s usual hustle.
Exclusive use: there are no other guests staying in the house.
If there’s a second guest, a second bedroom with shared bathroom is available.
The house is shared only with the owner and resident host, committed to offering attentive, personalized hospitality.

Room 1
Located in a private area of the house with a single bed that converts into a large bed (180 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom renovated in 2025, with window and spacious shower (70 × 120 cm).
Room 2
Bright room with a 140 cm sofa bed. A second bathroom is available for shared use.
Ideal for:
• Solo travelers
• Two friends or colleagues
• Guests who prefer separate rooms but want to stay together.
House rules
– No alcohol allowed in the apartment.
– No smoking in any indoor spaces.
– No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
