    My colleague and I stayed for seven nights in two single rooms with shared bathrooms, and the experience was really disappointing. The staff never properly explained how the hot shower worked, so in below-zero temperatures we ended up having to use cold water. When we asked for help, they seemed reluctant and not very willing to sort it out. We also tried to upgrade to a room with an attached bathroom, but the staff quoted us an unbelievable 1,000 dollars per night, even though we were paying about *** USD per night and the online rate for an attached bathroom was around *** USD. It felt like a complete scam. To make matters worse, during our entire seven-day stay, housekeeping only cleaned the room once. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.
