    We spent the night here after a concert, and it was great. The room was clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Super kind and friendly. The location, just a few minutes away from the Allen Gardens Conservatory was in a really lovely part of Toronto, close enough to downtown to be involved, but far enough away to get a good sleep. There was an issue with our doors room key access, but the staff happily helped relocate us to a different room, and that was just as nice! The coffee bar in the morning is a nice touch too. Would happily stay here again, and wish the staff continued success in the future.

    The staff were the most sweetest kind people I've ever met. They will do anything to make your stay comfortable. I feel bad about this review because it's got nothing to do with the hotel itself. The only reason I'm submitting a review is that the neighbourhood where it located is very scary, day and night. People shooting up and throwing used syringes all o er the place. I have witnessed two males defecating right on the sidewalks. There's lots of yelling and begging. Used dirty mattresses all over the neighbourhood and you will find some of them sleeping on those dirty mattresses when you go out for your morning coffee, which is kind of scary. Unfortunately, I cannot stay at this location anymore just because of the experience I had had with the neighbourhood.
