GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and property during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, the deck, fire pit area, and driveway parking.

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the shed and two locked owner’s closets—one located in the master bathroom and one on the ground level

The home is not shared with other guests. Community amenities such as lake access and common areas are available seasonally per HOA guidelines.

GUEST POLICY
• Reservation holder must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• No third-party bookings
• The person who books must be staying at the home

GUEST & VEHICLE INFORMATION
All guests are required to provide the following:

• Full names of all guests
• Vehicle information for all cars on the property (Make, Model, Color, State, License Plate)
• A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed within 48 hours

Failure to complete the agreement and provide required information in advance may result in delayed or denied access to the property and community amenities, or cancellation of the reservation
