- Bedroom 1(Main Floor, *Master*): King Bed (sleeps 2), smart TV, USB port alarm clock, light-up vanity, sleep machine,ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit. *Pack n' play and infant/toddler feeding seat available in the closet.*
- Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Queen bed (sleeps 2), smart TV, USB port alarm clock, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit.
First Lower Level Floor: Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed and twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), smart TV, USB port alarm clock, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit.-
Laundry Room: Washer & dryer available for stays of 1 week or more, iron and ironing board.

**Policies:**
- Guests must agree to common house rules before booking.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older and present throughout the stay. ID verification is required.
- Security cameras outside the home for security and liability purposes.
- No smoking anywhere inside the house , fireworks, glitter, or confetti. - $500 fine
- One well-behaved dog (50 lbs or less) allowed with a $50 pet fee. Crate and house training required.
-DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE in the house or leave outside. Must bring your trash to the trash compactor. All addresses and hours of operation will be provided in your check in instruction.

We stayed at Jannie's Nest from 7/20:to 7/24. We had a great time. The place was very clean and welcoming with a goodie bag for us and for our dog. It had everything we needed. It was in a quiet community with a private beach, a lake for fishing, deer everywhere and plenty of good restaurants in the area. The hot tub helped to make it an amazing couple of days away for some R & R.The hosts, Joe and Annie, were always available for questions and responded promptly. We would highly recommend Jannie's Nest and hope to stay there again ourselves. Debbie, Dave and Dexter

The house is cozy and clean and had all of the amenities needed. There were nice touches of fall decor throughout the house. The lake and fall leaves were beautiful. The deer were plentiful and very friendly. There was plenty to do at the house and in the area. The host was very attentive.

Second time at Jannie’s and it won’t be the last! We love staying here, the host is so welcoming. The house is beautiful, so clean, smells amazing. Beautifully decorated, a must stay! Check-in process is so easy, every detail is precisely planned to make your stay so enjoyable. Thank you Jannie’s Nest!
