Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This is a brand new house. Beautiful and comfortable. The layout was perfect for a large family with lots of space and beds. The kitchen is beautiful and clean, lacking in a few kitchen items, but is expected with a new place. The neighborhood is lovely with families around and felt very safe. The location is close enough to the harbor and beach area but far enough away that it is safe and quiet. Just a quick drive to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Please note - I do not like writing a poor review.The property was very new and clean. I do not think it will age well as things were cheaply constructed and already looking like they were wearing. For a home that is supposed to sleep 10 people, we received 56 forks, and about the same number of every other eating utensil and dish. I requested more, but they denied the lack of utensils and never brought anymore to the property. I have never stayed somewhere that does not have the dishes or utensils to accommodate one meal for the amount of people staying. The upstairs hall bath has a drain that does not drain and it was never fixed despite reaching out. The result is a nasty tub that our kids had to stand in while they showered. There is a full garage that is open, but for some reason renters cannot use it to park. This results in 2 parking spots at the home, and hopeful parking in a lot at the far end of the road (these spots are not often available).Find another rental near the beach. This place will only get worse as it ages.
