My experience was great! The home was well kept just like the photos and very spacious, location was great within walking distance to the outlets. Property manager was attentive when we called.

We stayed here for our 2025 annual family vacation trip. We come down every year to OC for family vacation and have done so since I was a child. We throughly enjoyed this house. We would book again. The house was very spacious and the pictures were accurate to the stay. We had some minor issues with receiving no parking passes and the freezer didn’t make ice properly. Steve was great with his response times and immediately offered solutions to any issues that I had. A few minor things were out of place and the neighbors weren’t pleasant, however that is out of Steve’s control. We did wish the pool to be a little larger and filled up, a lot of water was missing from it, again not in Steve’s control. All in all the house is huge and perfect for a large party stay, it’s just over the bridge and close to everything. We will look for this place again next year.

Property was wonderful. Clean. Well appointed. Plenty of space and really comfy beds and furniture. A few items for future guests. If you like firm pillows, bring your own. The pillows provided don’t offer much support. If you plan on eating crabs at the house, bring your own cracking and picking utensils. Home does not have any. ABSOLUTELY will stay again and recommend!!
