This unit offers partial week rentals in summer with Friday and Monday change over options. Flexible 3 weekday night or 2 weekend night minimum rental rest of year. New LVP flooring and new Stainless appliances were just installed for a trouble free stay. Gather the extended family together for a fantastic relaxed vacation at this sparkling, spacious West Ocean City town-home. This four-bedroom plus sleeping/living area home is situated in an ideal location just blocks from a bay-side beach, popular restaurants and bars. Less than a mile to the Ocean City public beaches and boardwalk or a 15 min drive from Assateague State and Federal parks beaches. Bright, airy, with 9' ceilings and lots of windows, this uniquely designed home is fun and relaxing for your extended family or group. It is decorated with tasteful art and design elements. As you enter this unit you will feel as though you've just stepped into a model home. You will be struck with the high ceilings and the generous room sizes and the large modern kitchen with wrap around counters. The 5th sleeping area/downstairs living room also has a big screen tv with play station 4 for off hours gaming fun. With four bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area and 3.5 bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 12 guests and is ideal for a large family gathering or a number of couples visiting the coast together. It was good for what we needed. Felt like household items were difficult to find (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). There was a lot of ants. Outside of that, the location was great, parking was great, close to the marina. Overall a solid stay

This was our 1st time in OC and we brought our teenagers and our dogs. The location is perfect, as it is close to "Stinky Beach" where we walked the dogs every morning, there are tons of restaurants, things to do and the bridge heading over to OC and the boardwalk; all of which are minutes away. This condo was huge, so there was lots of space for everyone which was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there the condo next to us was being renovated almost the entire time we were there so parking became interesting. We did have an issue with our some of our linens that we rented being dirty, but we contacted management and they took care of it right away. The 2 balconies were dirty so we never used them and the garage was dirty as well, so no one used the workout equipment or ping pong table that was provided. Being that we brought the dogs it was a great location regarding grass. The pavement was so hot that going for walks would have been brutal/not possible without all of the grass by our condo. All in all we do recommend this condo for a family or 2 to have a great trip to OC. Steve was fantastic to work with, very responsive.
