You'll also find a private elevator, two full kitchens, two full laundry rooms, a game room (with a pool table, poker table, and bar), a furnished deck and balconies, and a private fishing/crabbing dock. As for sleeping options, this home offers six cozy bedrooms including two rooms on the lower-level, three rooms on the top-floor (one of which has a private balcony), and one easy access bedroom on the main-level with en suite bath and private access out to the back patio and dock. We loved everything about this property. It gave us the space that we needed. The view is spectacular.

The house needed some updates/maintenace, but it was perfect for a family of 8 (all adults/older kids). Great for watching the boats and dolphins go by. We even got to see the airshow! Although it says parking for 5 vehicles, 4 vehicles were the limit for us since we were only able to use 1 gate.

The view from the outside deck. And the convenience of the marina across the street was great. But was disappointed in the patio furniture. A lot of it was old and dry rot. Other than that great place for family and friends and entertaining.

We stayed in this home for 2 years in a row. Home is right on the bay, which is why we chose it. Past that it is dated, needs lots of repairs, has no curtains for privacy and it needs TLC. Some family members had to leave early because they couldn't get maintenance to turn off the light and fan in the bedroom. The house was dirty, and had to be recleaned, the linen on the duvet covers on the beds smelled, the toilets and a bathroom faucet needed repair. We were very disappointed. I wish things were different here so we could come back again, but it got worse, not better.
