Walk to the boardwalk and all the rides and games. Linens and sheets provided. PETS ALLOWED with pet fee. Water sports, restaurants and fishing charters are within walking distance. Park & walk to the BIG CONCERTS in town!!!!

Smart lock and your door code will be provided to you with arrival instructions days prior to your arrival with a signed renter agreement

Pickles Pub is around the corner, boardwalk is just steps away as is the beach and ocean. Shenanigan's, Flavors of Italy and the OC Skate Park are within walking distance as well

The Downtown Villa worked out great for our family. The location was excellent. So nice to be able to walk across the street and the boardwalk and beach were right there. We only used our cars once to go go-carting. The porch was a nice, cool place to sit and people watch. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short! Thank you Jodi for being a responsive, great host.

We had a great time at this location! Close to beach and boardwalk. Loved the fenced in yard and covered patio. As well as the backyard space for grilling and just hanging with the family.
