Relax, refresh and recharge! Conveniently located on 9th Street in Ocean City, Maryland, this impressive bay block, single family home has been designed to give you the carefree vacation you've been waiting for. Bay Spot features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and boasts beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay, nightly sunsets and the public fishing pier. Residing on the entry level of Bay Spot is an open great room allowing ample space for the whole crew to come together. The room is outfitted with cortex flooring and the latest coastal furnishings as well as a TV. One has direct access to the covered backyard porch from Bedroom #1. The property is exactly as stated. Recently remodeled and felt fresh. I brought both of my adult sons and their families for a family beach retreat. This house fit our needs perfectly! With the downstairs bedroom, bath and living area, it gave a little separation between the families. There were beach toys in the garage, which we used and appreciated. The only thing I would tell future guests from outside of the area is that sheets and towels are NOT included. You either need to bring them or the host can connect you with local linen rental companies. We had to leave early due to an incoming tropical storm, but while we were there, we enjoyed it fully!

Overall very easy communication with property manager. Location was wonderful right next to the pier and only a short walk to the beach. House is newly remodeled and very nice for large family.
