Each rental offers three bedrooms with their own kitchen and living areas divided between two, adjacent properties. One home is split between an upstairs and downstairs level and the other is a single-level cottage. (Porch Life - Downstairs) Unwind in the sunlit living area, detailed with beach-themed decor and a flat-screen TV. A full-size kitchen comes ready and equipped to whip up the group's favorite beach snacks. Sip a refreshing beverage while enjoying sea breezes on the covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a convenient outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a gas grill. This home is a three-bed/one-bath layout. (Shore Thing - Upstairs) This second-level retreat features an electric fireplace and partial A/C window units to keep the home comfortable and access to the outdoor shower and gas grill. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. The living room is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorite series on the Roku-enabled flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals and beach snacks. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved this property! It was the perfect place to spend our parents' 50th anniversary trip. Location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. House is adorably decorated with beach theme that adds to the experience. Porches are spacious and lovely spots for morning coffee and evening relaxing. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again!

We wanted to have our extended family vacation with us and this property was perfect ! We all had our own space and enjoyed quality time together ! We especially loved sitting out on the front porches. Only a block from the boardwalk and beach we were able to come and go and hardly used our car . It was super clean and a great neighborhood ! Can’t wait until next year ! We will be back !
