Great house in a great location! Just a few minutes' walk from the beach, with tons of space - three stories, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a comfortable living room and kitchen setup that made it feel like a real home base for the weekend.That said, for the price point (very high for the area), a few things felt unnecessarily inconvenient. We arrived excited to kick things off, but had to make our own beds by matching linens to rooms ("does this seem like a double sheet? or a queen sheet?"), and found no trash bags or basic toiletries like soap or shampoo ("we can't go to the beach until we go to CVS for soap, be back in 30 minutes"). No beach towels either - ended up renting towels for 10 people for 2 days, which was like 150 and something that could've been avoided if the house just stocked a dozen cheap ones from Amazon for all of its year-round guests to use. While looking back, it was mentioned ahead of time in the description, it still felt a little surprising for a very high-end rental. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the house—but a few small touches could make the experience feel much more welcoming right from the start. Know that some of your stay will be BYO!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we truly enjoyed it. Lots of space for everyone to sit and a hang out and a prize location for going to local bars/beach.

This house was perfect with group of friends. Beds very comfortable and living area perfect. Also great location- blocks from beach and boardwalk.

House was big, def the higher end price point, a lot of little things that should be addressed for the money charged, no exhaust fans in any bathroom were working, no bedrooms have a tv, not even the master, one of the bathrooms above the garage had a leak at one point in the garage ceiling, there was a hole in the garage ceiling along with mold, lastly the check in process was pretty unsafe, key under the mat?, most properties now a days have digital access. Lastly they were not many ceiling lights, so their were lost of lamps, strangely have were either unplugged and or missing light bulbs. Overalll has was clean but for the money they charged I wouldn’t rent again
