About this apartment rental

Beautiful - built in 2010/2011 and completely newly furnished - 3 1/2 room attic apartment (70m2) in a sunny, quiet residential area. Located on the eastern edge of the village of Ftan-Pitschen, just a 10-minute walk to the center and the valley station of the chairlift.
Final cleaning and tourist taxes are charged separately.

Spacious living room. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. 2 spacious double bedrooms, bathroom/shower with facilities/toilet/lavabo. Balcony (8m2) with beautiful panoramic views. Reserved garage for the car (with charging faciltiy for electric cars). Ski room with ski boot heater.
