Welcome to the spacious and stylish 3.5-room apartment in the peaceful Brentschpark. The holiday resort is at the same elevation as the main street \'Stradun\' in Scuol. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping opportunities on the Stradun are easily accessible on foot in just a few minutes. The Brentschpark is ideally located for walks along the Inn river. It has its own indoor pool and sauna (the opening hours of the indoor pool depend on the operating hours of the mountain railways, sauna for a fee).



The approximately 75m2 large 3.5-room apartment is ideal for 2-6 people and impresses with the beautiful view of the Lower Engadin Dolomites and the Swiss National Park. The bus stop for the Motta Naluns ski area or the Scuol-Tarasp train station is nearby. Restaurants and the promenade on the \'Stradun\' can be reached on foot without effort.



The apartment is spacious and stylishly furnished. Bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, 1 communal room with double sofa bed, the very bright and sunny living room with dining table and smart TV invites you to cosy hours.
