The spacious living room is designed with an open kitchen and offers plenty of space to enjoy shared vacations. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The second - perfectly suitable for children as well - is furnished with two single beds and a closet, as well as a beautiful hand-painted wallpaper. The large bedroom and the living room have direct access to the generous balcony.The environment is perfect for small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine. The short hike to Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in about an hour, is popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby. The valley station of the mountain railways can be reached by bus in just 5 minutes. All public transportation is free in summer and winter. The Martina-Scuol cross-country ski trail can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The ice rink and Gurlaina football field are accessible in 10 minutes on foot. Shopping opportunities are located in nearby Scuol, reachable in 5 minutes by car/postal bus or 10 minutes by bicycle/on foot. The impressive Tarasp Castle can be reached by car and postal bus in about 6 minutes. The outdoor swimming pool is only 150m away from the apartment.
