The flat is located in Ftan Sainas, directly at the cross-country ski run and the children's land Ftan as well as at the ski bus. The chairlift Ftan-Prui is easily accessible on foot or with the ski bus Ardez-Ftan and brings you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the snow sports area Motta Naluns.
The flat is on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a sunny terrace with a view. The modern flat is open and bright. The large sofa invites you to comfortably read a book or end an eventful day with a glass of wine. The open and well-equipped kitchen offers enough space to conjure up fine dishes.
