About this apartment rental
The Bali Blizz 18 vacation rental is located in a quiet, nature-filled setting in the idyllic village of Benz on the island of Usedom, not far from the well-known imperial seaside resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin. Surrounded by vast natural landscapes, small lakes, and the unique tranquility of the inland region, you’ll enjoy a relaxing getaway here, far from the tourist hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of the Baltic Sea. You can reach the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in about ten minutes by car or easily by bike via the island’s well-maintained paths. The location makes this vacation rental an ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, couples, or small families who want to combine nature, tranquility, and modern living.
The approximately 40-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the “Bali Blizz” vacation complex, which was newly renovated in 2026, and features an exceptional living concept in a modern Balinese style. Warm natural tones, stylish decor, and high-quality furniture create a cozy yet exclusive atmosphere with a special sense of well-being. The open-concept layout of the rooms conveys a spacious living experience and combines modern design with functional comfort.
The high-quality kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and an oven with a built-in microwave. The adjacent dining table offers space for shared meals or a relaxed breakfast. In the living area, a flat-screen TV, a cozy sleeper sofa, and the harmonious furnishings ensure relaxing moments after an eventful day of vacation.
A special highlight of the apartment is the stylish sleeping alcove, which can be separated from the living area with a curtain, creating a pleasant retreat. The comfortable double bed, measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, along with an additional TV, ensures restful nights and a high level of comfort. The modern bathroom features a stylish design and a walk-in shower. To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, all beds are already made, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of essentials is available.
A special highlight of the vacation complex is the spacious communal rooftop terrace, which evokes a true vacation atmosphere. Here you’ll find a hot tub with an outdoor shower, comfortable patio furniture, hanging chairs under a pergola, sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen. The amenities are rounded out by a sauna with a relaxation room and an electric fireplace, a fitness room, yoga classes, and a communal lounge in the complex’s basement.
Free Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a shared bike storage room round out the amenities. The Bali Blizz 18 vacation rental combines stylish design, wellness, and the tranquility of the inland area, creating the perfect conditions for a relaxing vacation on Usedom.
