The Wartenberg vacation home is located in the small, idyllic village of Reetzow, not far from the imperial spa towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck.
In the hinterland of the island of Usedom, with its abundance of forests, meadows, and lakes, you’ll find not only relaxation and tranquility but also wonderful biking and hiking trails.
Vacation Apartment 01 is located on the first floor of the main house. Next door, in the annex, is Apartment 02. This means nothing stands in the way of a vacation with a larger family or group.
Both apartments have a separate entrance and their own terraces, and are also perfect for your four-legged friend.
Wartenberg 01:
Cozy ground-floor vacation apartment in an idyllic and quiet location

Vacation Apartment 01 in Haus Wartenberg is idyllically located on the outskirts of town in the hinterland of the island of Usedom. Here, you can relax and enjoy your vacation in approximately 70 square meters of living space.
In addition to the spacious entryway, you’ll find a large, light-filled living room with a cozy couch area and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the sun terrace with a beach chair, where you can spend the day and wind down in the evenings.
Self-caterers will find a fully equipped separate kitchen that meets all your needs.
The two bedrooms and the large bathroom with a bathtub and shower offer plenty of comfort after a long day at the beach, a walk in the hinterland, or a bike ride across the island of Usedom.
One bedroom features a large double bed (200 cm x 180 cm), while the second bedroom has a French bed (200 cm x 140 cm). For a toddler up to two years old, a travel crib can be provided (additional fee).
The house has two living units. The Haus Wartenberg 01 vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house, and the Haus Wartenberg 02 vacation rental is in the annex. This means nothing stands in the way of a vacation with a larger family or group.
A parking space is available at the house during your stay.
Since we are partners with the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at these golf clubs.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
