Haus war top ausgestattet und sauber. Sogar 2 Notfall Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta waren da. Fußweg zum Bahnhof sowie zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit: 5 min Rampe zum Eingang, Haus innen stufenfrei + breite Türen, damit wäre das Haus auch gut geeignet für Rollies / mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter vor Ort unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Kommunikation über belvilla als Vermittler und damit 3. Partei mit Callcenter in Indien o. Ä., bei dem die Mitarbeiter alleine 5 min. benötigen, um die Buchungsnummer richtig zu verstehen. Warum kann die Kommunikation zu Anpssungen in Buchung und Fragen nicht direkt über booking laufen?

Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, eine knappe halbe Stunde zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Kurzer Fußweg zu einem Supermarkt und zum Bahnhof. Freundliche Gastgeber. Schön, dass es auf dem Grundstück einen gemeinsam nutzbaren kleinen Pool und ein paar Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder gibt. Neben den 3 Häusern gibt es einen Stellplatz für mind. ein Dutzend Campingwagen.
Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, völlig durchgelegen und viel zu weich. Einrichtung sehr "preisbewusst", Zimmer sind sehr dunkel (alles mit Holt vertäfelt), Sparlampen. Der Mietpreis ist viel zu hoch - aber das ist in der Saison auf Usedom üblich. In Dänemark zahlt man die Hälfte für mehr.
